Common Errors Couples Make Which Ends Up Leading To Splitsville!

Common Errors Couples Make Which Ends Up Leading To Splitsville!

It’s a sad fact that over half of couples who tie the knot end up getting divorced. It’s more common than ever for extended families with step brothers and sisters being an everyday thing. And although there are many reasons why couples end things, here are a few common errors couples make which ends up leading to splitsville.

Not spending much time together

It’s so easy to both get involved with work and then wonder when was the last time you spend time together. After all, we spend more time at the workplace than we do at home so it’s hard to see each other. But if you both are doing other things when you get home such as seeing friends, it will cause trouble in a relationship. It’s so important to spend time together so that you can keep the love alive. Therefore, arrange with your other half a date night at least once a week where you can both spend time together and remember why you love each other.

You both put things before your relationship

A lot of couples end up heading to splitsville because one or both of them put things before their relationships. It often is a family member or friend who often comes first before the relationship. For example, if you have arranged an evening in and then you decide to see your parents instead, it will cause resentment. The same goes with work; putting it before your relationship can often lead to terrible arguments. Divorce solicitors can often end up being called in these cases! Therefore, always consider your partner’s feelings and remember they are just as important as the other things in your life.

Taking each other for granted

With friends, we tend to make the effort to see them regularly and meet up to do things. But with your partner, you know they are at home so it’s easy to take them for granted. You think you will spend a different night with them as they are going to be there. However, it can often end up leaving to resentment if you are taking each other for granted. Therefore, you need to make an effort to make them feel special and ask them how they are feeling. Don’t ever be dismissive if one of you has gone the extra mile to do something for the other. After all, it’s so easy to focus on what they have done wrong than right! That way, you both will feel appreciated in the relationship and won’t seek support and affection elsewhere!

Arguing over silly things

If you have lived with a partner before, you would have had the argument between couples over the toilet seat! After all, it is annoying when guys leave it up! However, these arguments over chores can often end up causing lots of rows between couples. In fact, arguing over silly things can cause a rift between a married couple. Therefore, think twice before you start arguing over silly things. Try and put these things in perspective before starting a row!

Also, don’t make the mistake of not talking about the future before making a commitment. You need to make sure you are both on the same path in regards to kids and home location!

Be a Blushing Bride- Not a Self Conscious One!

Be a Blushing Bride- Not a Self Conscious One!

Your wedding day is one of the most special days of your entire life- and when all eyes are on you, it’s natural to want to look your best. The last thing you want to do is spend the day feeling self-conscious, or look back at your wedding photos in a few years and regret the fact that you didn’t like how you looked. Here are a few of the ways you can make sure you’re the perfect blushing bride on your big day.

Body

A huge proportion of brides lose some weight before their big day. Reaching a weight you’re happy and comfortable at means you’re more likely to love how you look in your dress. Don’t aim for anything unrealistic, be aware that healthy weight loss is just one to two pounds a week. So if you have a lot of weight that you plan on losing, starting as early on as possible is your best bet. If you’re already at your target weight, toning up could be the way to go. Specifically, your arms, back, and shoulders since these will be on display in most wedding dresses. If you are at a healthy weight but have stubborn areas of fat that you just can’t get rid of, you could even consider a cosmetic procedure. It could be a non-invasive body contouring technique such as fat freezing, or traditional liposuction. Make sure you check out healing times so you know you’ll be healed in plenty of time for the big day. A professional surgeon such as board certified plastic surgeon Dr. Jan Zemplenyi would be able to give you the advice you needed.

Face

Of course, it’s important to take care of your skin at all times, but especially so in the run up to your wedding. Gorgeous, healthy and glowy skin will make you look like the most stunning bride. Consider booking in for a facial a few months before the wedding. There they will be able to diagnose your skin type and recommend products that work perfectly for you. Sticking to a good regime each day, and including weekly face masks that are targeted to your skin type will help to get it looking its very best. If you’re self-conscious about fine lines, treatments such as chemical peels or microdermabrasion can help. Again just be aware of any healing time you’ll need after any procedures, so you’re ready in time for your wedding.

Teeth

On your wedding day, you’re sure to be grinning from ear to ear, after all- it’s one of the happiest days of your life! So a sparkling smile is one of your best accessories on the big day. You could consider veneers or teeth whitening treatments. These include trays from the dentist, laser teeth whitening or even over the counter teeth whitening kits that you can buy. Depending on how your teeth currently look and what vision you have in mind for your smile. Consider booking a dentist appointment in advance who will be able to give you advice.

Hair

Your hair is your crowning glory, and having lovely shining hair is a surefire way to look incredible on your wedding day. Having it cut and colored by a professional is your best option. Then you can go about maintaining it at home with oils and deep conditioning treatments. If you’ve always wanted long hair but struggle to grow yours, you could consider getting extensions.

Remember the moment you decided to get a permanent tattoo and thought it was the best decision of your life? At that point it might have been, but fast forward a few years later, it certainly doesn’t seem so wise after all. Well, there’s no use crying over spilt milk…Or is there? In the last couple of years, removing tattoos by a laser tattoo removal machine or simply make them less visible with cosmetics has become  possible. So if you’re looking for a safe way to remove unwanted ink, perhaps you should rely on some of these methods:

Camouflage It
If you’re still not ready to finally say goodbye to your ink or you’re just looking for a temporary way to conceal your tattoo, then perhaps it’s better to camouflage your tattoo rather than try and permanently remove it. Not only will it save you a fair amount of time and energy, but it’ll also keep your wallet thicker. Try special makeup products and techniques which allow you to cover up your ink temporary. This is a great solution if you’re planning on attending a formal event, going on an interview or need to cover up during your working hours.
Cover Up!
Whether it’s a relationship gone bad, an idol you overgrew or simply a style you no longer fancy, there’s a simple way to turn your unwanted ink into something more desirable. This is by far the best solution for all those inked souls who wish to preserve their tattoos but regret their previous works of art. A simple cover up tattoo allows you to turn your tattoo into a different design and finally move away from your past. Of course, depending on the size, colour and other similar aspects of the tattoo, it might require a few sessions.

Salabrasion and Dermabrasion

If you’re not willing to rely on professional tattoo removal and wish to try out some DIY alternative methods, then salabrasion is just the thing for you. This method originated in the Middle East, in ancient times, as a method of rubbing a salt solution onto your skin, heating and scraping it in the process. Of course, this will lead to skin damage and scarring and no one can actually vouch for its effectiveness. On the other hand, dermabrasion is the surgical version of this method where you’re given a numbing solution and then sanded down until the epidermis with the tattoo is gone. It also results in scarring and doesn’t guarantee 100% removal.
Cryosurgery
Another method of removal comes in a form of cryosurgery, a procedure in which liquid nitrogen is applied to your tattoo, freezing and burning it off in the process. Chemical peels are also used for peeling away tattoos, but these two methods are known to be quite painful and also don’t guarantee maximum results.

In the last couple of years, technology has advanced in such a manner that most people nowadays are relying on laser tattoo removal, as it’s known to be the most effective and successful method of removing ink. This system sends short, bright pulses of light directly onto the tattooed parts of the skin, leaving the surrounding skin intact. This has been known as the safest form of tattoo removal and has been praised by many. Of course, the amount of treatments can vary, depending on the skin type, colour and size of the tattoo.

Whether you regret the style or the purpose of the tattoo, you’re seeking new employment with a strict no-tattoo policy or you just had a bad reaction to the ink, you probably want to make your tattoo a little less permanent. Nowadays, removing unwanted ink has become easier than ever and there’s a wide range of solutions for everyone who wishes to remove, conceal or redo their ink.

LOVE Doing The Chores With These Ideas

LOVE Doing The Chores With These Ideas

You read that title right. It’s totally possible for you to LOVE doing the chores, no matter how you feel about them right now. Try using these ideas and you should see your attitude towards the chores change in no time…

Put Upbeat Music On

Instead of doing the chores in total silence, make sure you put some upbeat music on as you work. Not only will this put you in a better mood, you’ll feel more inclined to get them done faster as you keep up with the beat of the music. Not only that, you’ll have something to sing to! Consider making a playlist especially to clean to so you feel amazing when you put it on!

Spread Them Out

Instead of leaving the chores so they pile up and you have a ton to do, do a little bit each day. You’ll keep your surroundings in much better condition, and find things so much more manageable. You can also consider spreading them out by doing a little, then going to do something you enjoy, then doing a little more, etc. If you do them in one big block, they’re always going to seem like a task you don’t want to do. Do whatever you can do as you go along too. If you use just one plate, don’t let it sit in the bowl for hours. Rinse it and put it away straight away. Make it second nature so you don’t even need to think about doing things like this.

Automate Them

Automating your chores can be an option now, so you can cut back on the amount of work you’re actually doing! With gadgets like the Vacuum Fox, you don’t even need to think about dirty floors when you get home from work. It does all of the hard stuff for you. There are similar things you can invest in too, so take a look to see what suits your needs best.

Get Your Family To Chip In

If you have a family, getting them to chip in makes so much sense. Why would you want to do everything alone? Doing chores can give children a sense of responsibility. It can improve a number of their skills too, especially if you get them started from a young age. If you do everything for them, they’ll grow up making even more mess and expecting you to clean it up. They won’t feel confident about moving out either! Do them a favor and get them started young.

Be Mindful

Some people use household chores as a form of meditation. It’s true! Be more mindful as you vacuum your rug, or wash a dirty plate. Enjoy the feel of the water running over your hands, and making something dirty clean. It can actually be really relaxing and help you to release stress!

Invest In Awesome Supplies

Make chores more fun by buying yourself a cool apron. Invest in products you like to use. Get some fun fluffy washing up gloves. It’ll make it all much more bearable!

Send Your Kids To School With A Message.

Send Your Kids To School With A Message.

“Bread With Strawberry Jam” by Rawich FreeDigitalPhotos.net

School is back in session. Mom’s and dad’s, alike, want their kids to know they’re thinking of them during the day, but don’t want to take a chance they may embarrass their children, in front of their peers.

So, what are some great ways to leave a personal message, without the hazard of them being ridiculed by others. Older kids that have established their self-esteem, may not be flustered by their friends bantering them, because you left a sweet note in their lunch bag. But, if your kid is just starting out with the social haven of school, why not try some alternative ways, that only you and your kids know.

Write a message with mustard on their sandwich. Put the message on the bread and press it against the other piece to seal the message. Then, pull the pieces apart and stack the ingredients atop of your message. At lunch, they can peek in between, to see what you said.

If your kids don’t like mustard, that’s okay. Make up messages for cookies. Like, Chocolate chip means, hugs. Going healthy instead, apple slices could mean kisses. Why not so both, so when they open up their lunch and see chocolate chip cookies and apple slices, they know your sending hugs and kisses.

Get creative and also include your child in making the messages. It’s a great time to spend together. And then, when they’re at school, they’ll know that you are thinking of them.
