Dance Floor Seduction – 4 Ways To Make Him Want You Bad

Dance Floor Seduction – 4 Ways To Make Him Want You Bad

Throughout the animal kingdom, species perform beautiful and colorful dance rituals to attract a mate. While humans do not have a specific ritual, we show physical clues that attract mates. With that said, when humans are on the dance floor, there are dances that are electric with sexual vibrations that drive our partners crazy with desire.

In this post, we will share some dance moves that are graceful, seductive, and without question, inviting.

There have been many scientific studies conducted around the world that prove that certain movements on the dancefloor attract mates sexually. (Really, scientific studies!) What did they prove? Men are attracted to women who seductively sway their hips, The seduction is stronger if she moves her arms fluidly while her hips sway. Women showed more sexual attraction to men when they danced with strong upper body movements.

This information brings us to our first dance on our list to make him want you.

1. Belly Dancing

Belly dancing has changed over the generations. In this dance, a woman celebrates her feminine charms with a dance that focuses on the hips. The dancer learns to move her hips independently from her rib cage and usually accents the hips with belts with hanging coins and decorations. You may not know that belly dancing was created as a dance that women performed for other women to celebrate her body and the ability to bring life into the world. Flowing veils and scarves, bare feet, and the use of her lovely arms extended over her head makes this dance a powerful pull to the man watching your performance.

   2. Tango

The Tango has long been considered one of the sexiest dance. It combines the seductive action of the man and woman in the areas that attract mates the most. As they step in sync, their bodies are teasingly close. Even watching a couple dance the Tango is enough to light a fire that will not easily be extinguished. Having total control and complete eye contact while your bodies move as one is just

    3. Flamenco

This solo Spanish dance has been turning heads since the 1700s. The Flamenco shows fire and excitement as the sexy costume twirls. Modern dancers use the fire that the dance generates to turn on her audience. If you are the partner of the Flamenco dancer, you will not take your eyes off her for a moment.

   4. Bambuco

If you happen to know the Columbian dance, the Bambuco, you know the heat this couples dance generates. It is not quite as sexy as the Bachata, but not everyone wants to mimic having sex on the dance floor. This personal dance is performed a lot like a sexed up Waltz. One thing is for sure, if you master this dance, you have a partner for life.

If you tap into your self-confidence and move with him and for him, you will have total control. Let your body generate the feelings that ignite your sexuality. A big part of that is having the right costume. Look for Just For Kix – dancewear, dance clothes, dance shoes, dance classes.

We use dance to communicate with our partner. It takes us to a higher level. We connect through the music, the movement, and feelings in our souls. Sexuality is an important part of who we are. But, it is not all that we are. Expressing ourselves through this medium connects us powerfully and completely.

What Are The Biggest Regrets People Have?

What Are The Biggest Regrets People Have?

No-one lives the entirety of their life without a few regrets; the best you can hope for is that they’re the right regrets, that they’re the ones you can live with. You might regret not having seen your favorite band on their final tour, but that thought isn’t going to give you too many sleepless nights later on in life. There are some things however, that can cause problems, both in the immediate future and when a person is looking back and reflecting on how they lived. The good news is that if you know what these big regrets tend to be, you can do things to ensure that you don’t end up living with them in the future. Below, we take a look at some areas of life that can cause issues later in life.

Fear of Expression

Everyone wants to fit in, to varying degrees. There are benefits to working hard to establish and maintain good relationships, but in our quest to be accepted, it’s often the case that we dampen certain sides of ourselves. We might tone down our views so as to not offend others, even when we don’t know for sure that they will be offended. The other side of the ‘fear of expression’ coin could be ‘fear of ridicule.’ No-one wants to be laughed at, which does seem to be an unavoidable aspect of putting yourself out there — no matter what you do, there’s always a chance that someone — or many people — will judge, mock, and the rest. The choice is between bowing down to this reaction or standing tall!

Working Too Much

We have to work in order to live. There’s no getting around that one! But we don’t need to work fifty plus hours a week, for years on end. There are advantages to working long hours — you’ll be paid more, most likely — but you’ll be missing out on a lot of the fun aspects of life. Even if you enjoy work, you probably don’t love it enough to make it essentially your entire life. Of course, it’s easy to fall into the idea that you have no choice but to work as many hours as you can — but in 95% of cases, that’s nonsense. There’s much to be said for working fewer hours and gently decreasing your standard of living. You’ll have more time to enjoy the finer things in life.

Taking Friends and Family For Granted

You don’t need us to tell you how annoying friends and family can be. They push your buttons, they have their annoying habits, you seem them too often — it’s enough to drive anyone mad. But who can blame them for being less than perfect? Ultimately, when you’re in a difficult moment, it’ll be your friends and family who are there to pick you up, help you out, and they’re also going to be there for all your happy moments, too. Later in life, many people look back and realize that they didn’t treat their loved ones as well as they could have. So give thanks for them, as often as you can! And if you’re really struggling to move past their annoying habits, just remember that you’re not perfect either….

Living Too Little

There comes the point in most people’s life when they want to find a partner, settle down, and live the life they want. However, it’s possible that this process can come too early in a person’s life. Because youth is so fleeting, people who settled down too early sometimes end up regretting not trying different modes of living before they decided on whatever lifestyle they ended up living for the bulk of their life. If you find yourself in this position, then it’s important to remember that there are no age limits on pushing yourself to try new things — it might be a little more difficult when you’re older, but you can do it.

Life Moments

In a talk about love, Alain de Botton references an old Eastern European philosopher, who says that “get married, and you’ll regret it. Don’t get married, and you’ll regret it.†You can’t win, basically. The only way to make it more bearable is to look for a person who isn’t “perfect,†but “good enough.†That’s love! Now, it’s always advisable to think carefully about long-term compatibility when it comes to finding a life partner, but what about having children? There’s a biological impulse that kicks in there, and though you need to make sure that your financially and emotionally ready for it, the decision can sometimes feel like it’s been taken out of your hands. Few people regret having children; many regret not having children. They feel like they’ve missed out on an essential life experience. Of course, some people can’t, for biological reasons, have children — but that problem is slowly being overcome, thanks to the work of companies like www.MCRMFertility.com. Having children definitely isn’t easy, far from it, but it is worth it! However, it’s also worth noting that you should never have children just because you think it’s something that you “should do,†something to tick off a bucket list. This is a lifelong commitment we’re talking about here.

Being Lead Away

No-one has all the answers as they’re navigating through life, especially in their formative years, and even more so when they’re going through a rough patch. During those times, we can often look to others to guide us — but while we can be drawn to people who are, say, fun, or daring, or who otherwise have something that we lack, it’s important that we’re not lead astray. Many people end up making poor decisions because they fall in with a bad crowd, who are friends in a loose sense, but who cause us to make mistakes. For a small amount of time, it’s no issue — but if it has a long-term, negative impact on a person’s life, they usually, and rightly, end up regretting it.

Poor Health Choices

When we’re young, everything is easy (ish), when it comes to our health. Being fit in your twenties doesn’t mean anything. It’s easy. However, the habits we fall into during those periods can have lasting effects. For example, smoking, drinking too much, or eating poorly. If we abuse our bodies for too long, the damage will be done (because they become part of our lifestyle), and we’ll feel the effects later on in life. Things like drinking might seem harmless, and the data shows that some drinking alcohol might not have a dramatic effect on the longevity of your life — but it does have an impact on the quality of your later years. To stay up and active for longer, a person needs good, healthy habits.

How can I remove squatters from a commercial property?

How can I remove squatters from a commercial property?

For owners of commercial properties, the possibility of squatters can be a worrying prospect. This can especially be the case if a property lies unused for a period of time, as this can be an opportunity for squatters to take advantage of the property being empty.

It isn’t just as easy as removing the squatters yourself, as doing so can mean you may be committing an offence. Instead, there are legal routes you can go down to force the squatter to remove themselves from your property. As this can be quite a complex area of property litigation law, it’s always advised that you seek legal advice from a solicitor.

What can be called a squatter on commercial property?

Commercial properties are designated as non-residential properties, which is any building or land that is not designed to be lived in. The laws surrounding commercial properties and squatters are different from those that govern residential properties, and in most cases, squatters can be removed quite quickly.

However, a person simply being on a commercial property without permission is not usually a crime. However, police can take action if squatters commit crimes while entering or staying in a property.

Crimes include, but aren’t limited to, the following:

  • Causing damage while entering or in the property
  • Stealing from the property
  • Refusing to leave when told to by a court
  • Using utilities, such as gas or electricity, without permission
  • Fly-tipping

If someone is seen breaking into or damaging property, police must be called.

What is the process of removing squatters from a commercial property?

It is possible to remove squatters without going to court. You can employ enforcement officers to talk to the squatters and try and reason with them. If they don’t leave, a court order will have to be made.

An application will need to be made to the court to remove a squatter from a commercial property. Evidence must be provided to show the court that:

  • You own the land or property
  • There are trespassers on your commercial property or land

A solicitor will help you gather the correct evidence.

The application that needs to be made to a court is known as an interim possession order (IPO). An IPO can only be applied for if it has been 28 days or less since squatters have been discovered on your property. Once the application form has been filled out, it can be sent to your local county court who will confirm the IPO within a few days. The court will also send over documents that must be served to the squatters within 48 hours (usually carried out by a process server).

Once squatters have been served with an IPO, they can be sent to prison if they don’t leave the property within 24 hours and must stay away from the property for 12 months. A bailiff can be instructed to remove the squatters from the property if the squatters don’t leave voluntarily, removing them with no more than reasonable force. A claim for possession must also be made for you to get final possession of your property, which can be done on the IPO form.

Can I always use an IPO?

There are three circumstances where an IPO can’t be used to evict squatters.

You can’t use an IPO if you are also making a claim for damage caused by squatters. In this case, an ordinary claim for possession needs to be made.

You can’t use an IPO if it has been more than 28 days since squatters were discovered. Again, an ordinary claim for possession will need to be made.

Finally, if you’re trying to evict former tenants, sub-tenants or licensees. In this case, private renting for tenants eviction procedures must be followed.

Could Your Home Be Causing Your Allergies?

Could Your Home Be Causing Your Allergies?

You might think you are safe from allergies in your home, but actually, it could be just that that’s causing you to sneeze and cough all year round. The most common symptoms people complain of in allergies are a runny nose, sneezing and itchy eyes but also a wider range of symptoms such as wheezing, disturbed sleep and poor concentration. If this sounds like you then you could be suffering from an indoor allergy or what is also known as “home feverâ€.

Home Fever is mainly caused by house dust mites which are microscopic creatures that survive well in warm damp conditions such as the average home. Beds are one of the main culprits in the home as they provide an ideal environment for dust mites as they can feed on the skin cells we shed, obtain warmth from our bodies and gather water from our sweat and exhaled breath.

House dust mites are commonly found in carpets, upholstered furniture, fabrics and furry toys, and while they are entirely harmless to most people, in some they can trigger an allergic reaction in others. It’s the mite droppings which usually cause this, and these can collect in pillows, mattresses, duvets, upholstery and carpets.

If you have a bigger problem than this, then it’s worth looking into pest control to see if there is anything more serious causing your allergies such as roaches, termites, or ants. Otherwise, there are simple things you can do at home to help rid the dust mites and to ease your allergies.

Preventative Products

There are products that you can buy products that have been tested to ensure they prevent the escape of the house dust mite allergen. Have a look for those and give it a try. You can also try using allergen-proof barrier covers on all of your mattresses, duvets and pillows.

Clean, Clean and Clean

Make sure that you dust regularly but always use a damp duster first; then a dry cloth to make sure you’re not just moving the dust around. Wash all of your bedding that is not encased in a barrier cover, such as sheets and blankets, every week and make sure you wash them at 60 degrees or above to help eliminate house dust mites.

If you can, also, remove all carpeting in the bedroom and vacuum all the surfaces of upholstered furniture at least twice a week. Then use a high-temperature steam cleaner on the carpets.

If you have washable stuffed toys, then wash them frequently and at the same temperature as your bedding. If the toy can’t be washed at 60 degrees, then you can place it in a plastic bag in the freezer for at least 12 hours once a month and then wash at the recommended temperature.

Choose Home Furnishings Wisely

It’s an excellent idea to change your mattress every 8-10 years and replace your pillows every year. You should also use light, washable cotton curtains, and wash them frequently.

If you need to, use a dehumidifier to keep indoor humidity between 30 and 50%, plus an air purifier to trap large airborne allergens such as pollen, house dust mite debris and mould spores.

Give Your Home a Breath of Fresh Air

Give Your Home a Breath of Fresh Air

Spring is right around the corner and it’s time to give your home a brand new look. A lot of people would like to do this but it just seems way too expensive to be redecorating according to the seasons – before we know it, it will be fall, after all, and there is hardly any point of spending too much money on seasonal changes.

Getting ready for spring doesn’t have to cost too much, though, as long as you know what makes you tick. Here is a handful of ways to make your home just a bit fresher and more alive so that you can feel how the cold season is seeping out and away.

First: Get it clean

There’s a reason for all that spring cleaning that tends to happen when the sun pops back; our homes will be brighter and the evenings much shorter, so you won’t really have the opportunity to let the darkness cover up your clutter.

Deep cleaning your home will feel so great once it’s done, by the way, and you can watch how the sunlight comes in through your sparkling clean windows once again.

Scrub down your entire house, put on some loud music, and remember to clean out the kitchen properly as well. There is nothing worse than a dirty oven, after all, and a clean house will give you the opportunity to live it in and make it dirty again eventually.

Another great tip is to get all of those yearly maintenance tasks over with before summer sets in and you hardly have time for any of this. Clean out your refrigerator coils, replace any filters, and get started on the garden as well – it will feel great when you’re done.

Get some flowers in

Keeping a neat and clean home is one thing, though, but there are many other ways to make it feel a bit more like spring.

Start by inviting in a few tulips as soon as their back in season, change out your curtains for some lightweight and flowy ones, and bring in another mirror or two so that the extra sunlight can bounce through each corner of your house. It might not sound like much immediately, but the difference it will make to your home is immense.

Keep in mind that the other decoration you have can be inspired by nature as well without having to involve actual flowers. That way, you won’t have to watch them fade away and die after a couple of weeks and can enjoy their eternal liveliness instead.

Check out these Hawaiian seat covers, for example, and your home will immediately feel a lot fresher and a bit more fun. Try to go for other colours in green and bright yellow or even pink to make it pop a bit.

Now all you need to do is prepare your wardrobe for the change of season and you should be ready to embrace spring with all of its charm. Luckily, the warm weather will stay for a while so you won’t have to worry about making it cosy again for winter any time soon.
