Tips on Triggers: It’s a Good Day.

One amazing trigger to have a good day, is to declare it. Sounds too easy, right? Fact is, it’s part of self-fulfilling prophecy.

Every day when you awake in the morning, and you make your first trip to the bathroom, look in the mirror and say, “It’s a good day!” It may not work the first couple days, but it will soon take root. Positive reinforcement, will change your outlook. It has been found that people who declare a good day, will in fact, start having good days, within a months time.

And, those who continue the declaration as a daily regimen, see positive changes all around them from a happier family life, to stronger financial securities, overcoming health issues and even work related promotions. It most cases, people say that the people around them are more positive too. So, just like misery loves company; it’s good to know, Joy and happiness, is contagious too!

So, trigger a happy life starting with, it’s a good day!
