Tips on Triggers: More Than a Weigh In.
A lot of times when trying to loose weight, people will “hit a wall”. The scale stops being inspiring, because the number stopped reducing. That can trigger feelings of discouragement along with other emotions. Don’t let it bother you.
Easier said then done, I know, but if you keep up with your regimen; other changes are still happening inside your body. And, within a few days to a few weeks the scale will start to move again, sometimes substantially.
That is why I say take weekly pictures too, it will visually show you those subtle differences that can trigger accomplishment and keep you maintaining that good feeling. When you can feel and see the positive changes, you will feel the determination to continue on your road to good health.
