Liam McRae from ‘Ask the Naturals’ is what some may call a professional dating guru or pickup artist. But ‘The Naturals’ and Liam prefer the title, Social Freedom Coach.
Liam’s style is mature in the world of casual sex. Although I speak of monogamy in relationships, Liam tells stories of the infamous One Night Stand.
Either way, Liam and I could both agree on Sexual Health and it’s importance physically and mentally. This video is a great insight for men to see the reasons they may not think of when it comes to a woman’s indecision about being physical, although she may be attracted to you. Safety and comfort is her number one priority.
Whether you love them or hate them, it looks like Selfies are here to stay, just like anything you post on the web. So, make it one that you can be proud of to withstand the test of time.
Although the word didn’t arrive in the dictionary until 2013, the first Selfie dates back to 1839, taken by Robert Cornelius. The word Selfie is now part of an everyday language in our society. There are several different kinds of Selfies from the ambiguous selfie, you hope no one sees to the one you post, hoping to get a bazillion Likes on Social Media. But all in all, the Selfie is defined as a party of one. Nowadays, Selfie is used loosely as a term, because if you can stretch your arm out to capture a group shot, you technically took the shot by yourself. Quick Lesson: If you ask someone to take a picture for you, it is not called a Selfie. (I’ve actually been asked if I could take a selfies for someone.)
Personally, I’m the queen of the ‘Oh I guess I should capture this memorable moment’ as well as the ‘work’ selfie, which is me in the studio with headphones on, telling the world to turn up their radios.
I’ve used plenty of cool filters to enhance an artist photo to change up the boring repetitive Selfie. But how cool is it when you can hashtag #nofilter? With the help of this guide on how to take a selfie by Venus Concept, we know taking a good selfie comes down to an art.
Some think, females have it more challenging when it comes to the world of Selfies. Men show off a good smile or show off a rippling ab, and the Likes begin to climb. Ladies don’t be fooled. You don’t need to show off more than a beautiful smile to accomplish the same, seriously.
Start With Your Idea
Is it a fresh face you want to show? Or are you looking to have photo-ready makeup? The fact is highlight your key features whether it’s your smile or eyes. Use a contour makeup in the proper way, and your key features will pop.
Some bathrooms have the most fantastic lighting, but I promise, it’s not the proper setting. Nobody wants to see your toilet.
Outdoor lighting is amazing, unless you have to squint. Find an area that allows natural light to flood in and provide a natural glow to your already existing beauty.
Strike A Pose
Figure out what you want to show with your emotion. Fun selfies are just like that…fun. Don’t be afraid to show your emotions. If you feel goofy, do it. Are you sleepy or annoyed? The only one I suggest to stop posting is the Duck Face. Let it go. A survey showed it irritates most men. Sexy comes naturally. A beautiful smile will come off more sexy than you could ever imagine.
Selfies can tell a story or be helpful in communication. Selfies can say, ‘My flight just landed.’ Or ‘Guess where we are?’ I have taken many for myself to see if I like my hair color or style. Selfies can be very helpful in checking your makeup in different lighting as well.
I remember in the movie ‘Clueless’, she took polaroid’s of her outfits to see which one worked best.
Selfies don’t seem to be going anywhere any time soon, so let your artistic flag fly.
The ritual of smudging (burning) sage has been around for centuries. Some use it to ward off evil spirits from the home. I found it rids of more than that. It kills evil bacteria!
I had a re-occurrence of Strep Throat three times in the last six months. How is this possible? Well, it means something still had the bacteria living on it. I did all the proper things after the first spell. I threw out all things that got close to my mouth. Lipstick, lip liner, dental care, including the full tube of tooth paste. After buying all new makeup and dental needs, about five weeks later, the strep was back. I repeated the process. This time I was even more tenacious to throw out more things.
About another two months passed by, and I got the crazy Strep once again. With another round of antibiotics in my system, I felt defeated, broke from purchasing all new products, and tired of scrubbing the house down with all different cleansers and natural products. It was time to think outside the box. I heard that sage can kill bacteria and any of it’s friends that try to land on a surface for up to 30 days after burning sage in each room. I figured for the price, it was worth a try.
The dried sage is a little difficult to keep lit, but applying air as I walked from room to room the smoke dispersed from the bushel and filled the room with a pleasant enough scent. (I actually like it.)
The smell dissipated quickly, and left the room smelling fresh and clean. I have smudged twice now, and glad to say I feel healthy and haven’t had to purchase any new makeup, well, at least because the other was tossed.
I’m going to keep up this ritual every 30 days in hope to maintain a healthy home. You can find smudge sticks in health food stores.
Even though having large breasts is considered a positive and desirable quality in today’s society, it can also bring some difficulties to ladies who ‘own’ them. This is especially true when it comes to picking flattering clothing bits and pieces. Still, there is always a way to look tasteful, fashionable and trendy no matter what your style is if you stick to some basic rules.
The question of tops
When it comes to finding perfect tops, shirts and sweaters it is important to pay attention to the cut. Most flattering tops for ladies with big bust have fitted waist and the neckline is neither too high nor low. Still, if you really like boxy style tops, you can wear one without problems but simply choose those that fall straight from the bust line and are slightly cropped. Moreover, wearing over-sized T-shirts can also look great if you tuck one part of the shirt in your bottoms. When it comes to tank tops, stick to those with wide straps because straps that are really thin can draw unnecessary attention to your breasts and create a false appearance of a size too small for you. Also, if you really like sweaters at winter time, stick to those that do not fall over your hips because really long woolen sweaters can create more of unwanted bulkiness.
Pants and shorts
Choosing the right bottoms mainly depends on your body shape and not just the size of your bust. Still, wearing overly skinny jeans and tight shorts can create a dis-balance in your overall look so opting for a straight cut pants and jeans and a bit wider shorts is something you might want to try out. If your body type allows you to comfortably wear baggy pants remember to always wear a fitted top and jacket in combination with those because going oversized for your whole look when having big bust will not look flattering for your figure meaning that your effortless and casual look may turn out as a sloppy and lazy one instead.
Skirts and dresses
Again, the length and style of your dresses and skirts should flatter your general body type not just the breast area. This is especially true for skirts. Still, there can be some issues with choosing the right dress. Retro style and wrap dresses are the perfect choice for ladies with big bust. Still, if you find a dress that you really love but due to its perfect fitting in the bust part it is simply too wide in the waist and hip area, you can always try layering and wearing cute belts. Actually, belts can become your primary accessory that you can turn into a really unique personal touch. Moreover, wearing a cardigan or a blouse that you can tie in the front looks great with flowy dresses and does a great job in shifting the attention away from your breasts.
Find the right bra
In general, your clothes will not sit well on your body if you do not wear a bra that fits your breasts and supports them perfectly. A bra that is
too small will squeeze your bust thus creating an unflattering curvy line that is visible over the top while bras that are too big will have edges of their cups sticking out through the top. If you are unsure of your bra size, do not be afraid to ask the staff at the shops for their help.
More permanent solution
Some women experience other more serious issues with big bust which is usually related to back pain and bad posture. If you believe that breast reduction surgery will make your quality of life better do not be reluctant to find all the information about this process that would help you make your decision easier. With proper bra support and appropriate clothing, you will still be able to look as gorgeous as possible.
When buying clothes for yourself always make sure that you try them first and take a good look in the mirror to check if you are completely satisfied with what you see. You can also bring a trusting friend along who can take a better look at you from different angles and give their honest opinion. The most important thing is to have fun and use clothes as an expression of your personality!
Extreme Sore Fx!!!
I finally got my work-out DVD’s out of the boxes from my parent’s house and finally got a TV and DVD player hooked up and working!!! Eureeka!! (Thank u hubby!)… I was super excited to push play and get my work out on after being such a bum. I finished one day of 21 Day Fix EXtreme from Beachbody and I am so sore I can barely move! I feel kinda pathetic being so sore from something I did everyday, just a few months ago but at least I know I gave it my all.
Walking… I look like an 87 year old woman. Going down the stairs I look like a 2 year old with no certainty I am making the next step without falling down the rest. Sitting …I look like some kind of sad human with hemorrhoids who lost their puppy …and trying to sit on the commode is more like falling and hoping I don’t fall in or off.
Here’s where I’m confused… How am I supposed to work out every day if it literally hurts to even lay down? I feel like my muscles would just totally give out, fail or cramp or worse … I think I’ll do a couple times a week until I get back in shape and then start the actual 21 days.
I find that every time this happens I frantically search the internet for some cure all to the soreness and I never find anything new. I also never find exactly what to do so I figured I’d share because I think it worked pretty well.
So here is how I’m coping with being sore:
1. Start by drinking tons of water
2.Taking some Advil (I don’t normally do this and I don’t know that it helped but I’m desperate)
3.ICE ICE BABY !! It is seriously a miracle how it relieves the pain instantly! I just went from aching spot to aching spot numbing it all!!
now that the pain is a little less intense I’m feeling adventurous…
4. a foam roller is a god sent!!!!! No for real this thing is my best friend that I have neglected it for a long long time. I will never ever do that again!! I started slow with the smaller muscles like my calves and worked my way up, putting more and more body weight on the roller and spent about an hour really getting brave and rolling out all my muscles…. Victory!!! I can now go down stairs!!!
5. Stretch!!! Again starting slow and without bouncing just really stayed still and got deeper into each stretch until it seemed like I was at almost normal mobility.
6. Keep it movin’ buster!! Do not stay still for too long or you will stiffen back up. Even though I was dying to curl up in bed I kept it moving and went about the day suffereing through each step. I kind of thought it was funny how ridiculous i looked, so laughing helps too (except it really hurts !!!)
Anyone else get this sore after not working out for a while?? What tricks do you have? Feels great to be back I must say!! #nopainnogain Tia, and TipsfromTia.com is trying to keep you looking good and
feeling good, from the inside out. If you’ve got a problem or a tip email me! Be sure to Like and share on Facebook or Follow on Twitter or Instagram.
