Stimulate muscle growth

There are three ways you can make your muscles grow bigger, but the best results come to those who combine them effectively. Cellular fatigue means that you will be pushing muscle fibers to repeat certain exercises until they can move no more. Muscle damage will gave you damaging our muscles with high levels of tension, after which you need to rest and eat the right food, and your body will grow new fibers to deal with future stimuli better. The third and the most important method is to progressively burden your muscles with more and more weights.

Weight gain doesn’t mean muscle growth

Weight gain is just that – gaining weight, if you are not careful enough in a long run, and if you work out the right way, gaining weight is the result of putting on more muscle mass, but you have to approach the subject carefully. It is difficult to achieve muscle growth, especially if you’re the ‘skinny type’ and have problems putting on any weight, let alone muscle mass. People who have problems putting on weight often have the wrong approach altogether – eating pretty much anything, forgetting about counting calories (the more the better, you’d say), not training intensely enough; all this leads to the wrong kind of weight you’ll be putting on. Nobody wants to put on fat, not even super skinny people.

Best Way to Clean the Grill.

Tip from Tia:

There maybe better techniques and cleaners out there, but the best tip that I’ve seen and I can give for cleaning the grill on a daily basis is, using it’s own heat. Just like a self cleaning oven does, turn the flames on the grill to high once the food is done cooking. Let it run high while you eat and then turn it off. Once it cools, that grease can become ashy and be easily brushed off with a  dry scrubby pad .

(Be sure if you try this tip, to remember to turn off your grill. Safety is very important when cooking and grilling.)

The next time you go to use the grill, turn it on and let it bake off more before putting on the food. Plus, preheating a grill also allows even cooking. And, using the burn off technique infuses the flavors on the grill.

For deep cleaning, only handle racks when completely cool. Using a shop vac to get the dry grease and debris from the bottom is a great way to keep it simple. And for the racks, use a grease fighting soap with a scrubby pad, hose down and put back on the grill. Burn off the reminisce of the soap and grease before putting the food on.

Problem: Hi Tia! I’m starting to get that feeling like a yeast infection is coming on. Is there something natural to stop it?

Tip from Tia: Yeast infections can happen to anyone, female or male. And, they can happen anywhere in or outside the body. (If you have a full infection, be sure to contact your doctor to determine if it’s yeast or bacteria and discuss treatments)

The best thing I can tell you first and most important, is watch your sugar intake. Yeast feeds on sugar and multiplies very quickly. Be sure to drink plenty of water, eat lots of dark green veggies, like broccoli and make sure you dry the areas completely before putting on clothes.

Remember, yeast and bacterial infections can be passed back and fourth, repeatedly through intercourse. It’s best to wait for the symptoms to clear before engaging in sex.

Now, for balancing out your body naturally, choose one of the following options. Doing too many things at the same time, can sway your chemistry the other way.

For yeast, olive leaf extract is great. It is an herbal, and you can take orally, 1-2 a day for about 5 days, and it will push out any kind of infection brewing.

If you are unsure of yeast or bacteria, it’s safest to take what balances both. Apple cider vinegar is a good way to balance naturally. Take a teaspoon orally, daily. Using it everyday can keep you balanced and has many other healthy benefits.

And, another remedy if you are unsure and it is affecting your lower areas is, make a very shallow bath, climb in, while sitting add peroxide in front of you. Sit in tub for 5-10 minutes. (Douches and washes can cause more unbalance, so I don’t recommend them at all.)

I believe natural balance starts from the inside with diet. Some environments can cause infections. If you’ve had reoccurring infections be sure to talk to your doctor.

Balance can be hard to control. With infections, you should always contact your doctor for diagnosis and treatment.
