How to Make a Peaceful Oasis in Your Garden
We are surrounded by things people have built, tall buildings, houses, traffic, technology, and by living that fast life, in this concrete jungle, we forget how to enjoy ourselves. We need to learn how to live in a moment and appreciate every second, always tend to find something good in everything bad that has happened to us.
There is no better place to start than your home, and there is no better way to achieve peace of mind and relaxation than surrounding yourself with at least just a tiny bit of nature. Connection with the nature works the best for healthy mind and body. Although we are not built to survive in jungle, to live only by nature, but we can build our own small peaceful oasis where we can come every day and just sit there, relax, and breathe.

Location
First of all you need to find a perfect location. Look around, see where trees cast their shades for the most of the day and start from there. Flat ground is also required since you will need room for chairs or something to sit on, since you are going to spend most of your time off right there. You would want it to be some place quiet, so loud noises won’t disturb your peace.

Privacy
In order to completely relax and truly enjoy, you need to make it private, if it is not already. To achieve this, you can simply put up a fence, or some kind of barrier, just to be there, and then plant liana or some similar plant so it can climb up your fence and all around it. In that way you will have complete privacy made of nature only.

Plants
There are simply numerous benefits that plants provide, and it is unnecessary to mention all of them here, but probably the most important one is fresh and clean air. Here you can put your imagination to work and plant all kinds of various plants, from grass and trees to exotic ones. Only thing you need to pay attention to is climate in your area. Some plants cannot handle climate that is vastly different from its own natural habitat.

Water
Fountain, lake, waterfall or water of any kind is a must. Although it is not cheap, it is the key for making an effective oasis. You are able to reach incredible focus and relaxation by simply watching the water. It has been proven that the water gazing is one of the best ways to achieve tranquility and some say that it even prolongs one’s life.

Furniture
For outdoor furniture tend to buy something made of natural materials like wood. It is not only comfortable and sustainable, but it also blends into your small paradise much better than plastic. Lightning

This is not true. Cleaning your dishwasher is a must. It’s a place that is wet, hot and dark which is the playground for bacterias and fungus. Gross, right.

Pouring vinegar in the soap spot (tray) and running it empty, every so many weeks to months, can keep your dishwasher fresh and clean. Before running it with the vinegar wash, take a vinegar soaked cloth and wipe under the overhand of where the door lays down. That is a spot that is often missed and never thought of. You may be surprised at what you wipe away from there.

Hair Turned Green from Swimming.

 


Problem:


My hair turned greenish from the swimming pool, I thought that was just a myth. How do I fix it? K.

Tip from Tia:


It is not a myth that blonde hair can turn green from swimming, sorry to say.

It is a chemical reaction from the chlorine in the pool and recently colored or lightened hair. As the light follicles soak in the chlorine, ash-blonde can turn a hue of yucky green.

This can happen from highly chlorinated water from your pipes, too.

Purple Shampoo

Purple shampoo is literally, purple. It’s a great way to pull brass out of blonde hair without bleach. It works great for most blondes. However, there are stories of blondes using purple shampoo and their locks get a green tint.

It’s rare, but if it happens, take a break from the purple.

Remove the Green

The quickest, safest way to remove the green tint is with ketchup. The red will neutralize the green hue. Tomato juice can work too, but the ketchup is thicker and will stay in the hair for a period of time without being so messy.

How to Use Tomato Base to Remove the Green

The smell will be potent, but it will work. Cover all your hair with ketchup and let it set for 30-45 minutes. Cover hair with a dark-colored towel or plastic to protect your clothing and furniture. Ketchup will stain. Obviously, tomato anything stains for life.

Wash Out the Green

After the allotted time, wash out thoroughly with shampoo. Once you feel it’s clean, use conditioner. Let hair dry naturally or use a low heat to blowdry.

It’s Still Greenish

If there is still a green tint, it is safe to repeat process.

I usually recommend waiting a couple hours in between treatments, because washing your hair and blow drying too frequent, can be damaging on the strands. Tomatoes are acid-based, so it could affect the hair if repeating the process too often.

The best way to avoid green hair is to prevent it by avoiding the pool for several days after a new highlight treatment. Another thing to remember is to rinse hair after swimming with clean water. It will dilute the chlorine that is trapped in your locks.

It only takes about two days for the hair’s cuticle to close after being bleached. Once that happens, hair is less likely to turn green, but it can still happen. It’s not always possible to avoid the green, and this quick fix can help tone your hair back to a beautiful blonde.

As silly as this may sound, understand this: focusing on the final result will have you overlooking those great little things that happen along the way, and it may even leave you disappointed. Set more minor goals instead, it will make you strive to accomplish those and fill you with pride and dedication. Specific actions you have told yourself you have to complete will make it easier for you to form healthy habits of going to the gym and clean eating than only looking to see whether you’ve lost your stomach after three gym sessions.

Stimulate muscle growth

There are three ways you can make your muscles grow bigger, but the best results come to those who combine them effectively. Cellular fatigue means that you will be pushing muscle fibers to repeat certain exercises until they can move no more. Muscle damage will gave you damaging our muscles with high levels of tension, after which you need to rest and eat the right food, and your body will grow new fibers to deal with future stimuli better. The third and the most important method is to progressively burden your muscles with more and more weights.

Weight gain doesn’t mean muscle growth

Weight gain is just that – gaining weight, if you are not careful enough in a long run, and if you work out the right way, gaining weight is the result of putting on more muscle mass, but you have to approach the subject carefully. It is difficult to achieve muscle growth, especially if you’re the ‘skinny type’ and have problems putting on any weight, let alone muscle mass. People who have problems putting on weight often have the wrong approach altogether – eating pretty much anything, forgetting about counting calories (the more the better, you’d say), not training intensely enough; all this leads to the wrong kind of weight you’ll be putting on. Nobody wants to put on fat, not even super skinny people.
