This isn’t going to solve all pain problems but for things like stress and illnesses that can’t be defined and could, therefore, be psychologically-induced pain. Although it’s probably useless for most, massages are great for easing the pain in the muscles. Depending on your pain threshold, deep tissue massages can be great for help with trapped nerves and tight muscles. Sometimes it’s good to get recommendations or read reviews to see if those who’ve had the massage have felt the results.
