Having “a lack there of”, moment? Do you need to have more concentration in what you are working on.
Well, here’s a trigger that can help. Cinnamon is good for concentration. Eating something with cinnamon or chewing gum will help trigger the brain to pay closer attention.
If you’re at home, lighting a cinnamon candle or putting a reed infuser where you work can help with concentration.
