There is actually a trigger point that you can use everyday, to keep the thyroid in balance.
The trigger point is one step below your collarbone. (As seen in photo)
Use your thumb and pointer finger to massage the are while taking deep breaths.
Doing this daily, will give you a sense of calm while keeping the balance of the thyroid.
