Tips on Triggers: Healthy Hair.

One of the biggest questions I get is, how to get beautiful, shiny hair. There are a ton of products on the market. But, my first suggestion to trigger healthy hair is from the inside. A great thing to add to your diet is flax seeds.

Flax seeds have many medical benefits, which is a plus for those trying to reap the physical benefits, like great strong hair and beautiful healthy skin.

Sprinkle flax seeds in any food. Add to yogurt, pastas, soups salads, etc. They have a good light flavor and help with food digestion.
