Baking Soda can do an excellent job at absorbing those food odors in the the fridge, but it also can help with odors in the house.
Shaking a cup of baking soda into a decorative dish, in a room, can be a great disguise for odor trapping. Put a cup in each room to keep out odor and humidity. Be sure to replace the baking soda every 3 to 6 months, for ideal absorption.
In-door smokers, can sprinkle baking soda into ash tray to help absorb smoke and odor. Pet owners, can add it to animal areas without harm. And, using baking soda as a carpet freshener, shake on rug and vacuum up, will help kill dust mites and pull odor out of the carpet.
