The only reason this is a stupid tip is, they aren’t bad for you to wear in moderation. Wearing heels: meaning, a couple times a week can be beneficial to your calf’s and butt as well as holding up your posture while sitting.
Yet, wearing heels on a daily basis; could give you poor standing posture, hurt your feet (nerves and bones), effect your back and put unnecessary pressure on your knees.
Wearing heels for only a special occasion, can be trying on people, because those muscles feel like it’s the first day at the gym and nobody’s body really appreciates the first day at the gym.
Investing in a good pair of heels can be a great way to go, since they are made usually, with more support and comfort.
