Digestion can be hard with certain foods or when eating out. The worst is feeling bloated and icky when having a night out or traveling.

The best trigger to help with digestion is eating a small square of chocolate. It will produce digestion acids, for a smooth digestion process.

Remember, eating too much chocolate, will cause an opposite reaction, and make you feel bloated and icky.
