  5. Colour-code your accessories. Save having piles of towels and face cloths everywhere by giving each family member a colour. Uh, it’s approaching that time of the month again, where you dread the pain and everything which comes with your menstrual cycle. What if we told you it doesn’t have to be a horror story, but instead, a reason to relax and enjoy being a woman. During our menstrual cycle, there’s no denying it can be hard to get on with life as normal. As we get on with daily duties, it’s important to make yourself feel good when you have spare time. Constantly dwelling about something draws more attention to it and always seems ten times worse than it actually is.
