Sleep deprivation

One of the reasons for your lack of focus and tiredness is definitely lack of quality sleep, but this problem is more often than not taken seriously enough. More than a ‘worn out’ feeling, poor sleep, if frequent and constant, can weaken the immune system, cause depression and memory problems, brain fog, and even hallucinations. In order to ‘take back the night’ and get your much needed quality snooze time, cut caffeine, alcohol and nicotine from your life.
