Try and consider a heavy duty moisturiser during the winter months and something for a lighter application in the summer. Consider exfoliating your skin more regularly and use different face masks for more problematic issues. Even just using a separate moisturiser at night can make a huge difference to your skin condition.

Do you just apply makeup or do you add a moisturiser or primer to your skin first? It can be an added protection to your skin and avoid pores being blocked up if you were to consider applying a base to your face before adding any heavy duty makeup.

Let’s be honest, some of us might be struggling with harsher drama when it comes to our skin. Perhaps too many wrinkles or sagging skin on our cheekbones and chin. Alcohol, for example, can have an adverse effect on your skin, as can too many sugary foods and drinks.

Finally, if you do some research online, you will find plenty of DIY face masks and exfoliators for your skin using household ingredients. They can offer amazing results and are often very cheap to reproduce.

It’s truly, the wrinkles you should be proud of. To have laugh lines and crow’s feet, usually means just that, you’ve done plenty of laughing. As said earlier this week it’s important for your brain to get plenty of laughs. But, your face may want a softening of these lines though.

A quick easy tip to soften fine lines is to apply Vitamin E to these lines at night before you go to bed. Break open a Vitamin E capsule with a toothpick and apply generously to the lines using the whole contents of the capsule.

Doing this every night should soften the appearance and restore the under layers of the skin with hydration. (SIDE NOTE: The younger you start using Vitamin E, the more beneficial to your skin in keeping elasticity.)
