It can be hard to love your body and all its unique features when the media is often presenting one idealistic view of beauty. The internet age has sparked a movement of self love but with it we have more access than ever to airbrushed images of supermodels and influencers that present an unrealistic idea of what we should look like. 1. Banish negativity and welcome positivity

Whatever it is, our clothes and body image can have a big impact on our self confidence.
