I think we all know that highly processed foods are not the best for our health, especially eaten regularly in large quantities, but did you know that they’re really bad for your skin too? But, did you know that many of your skin products are actually harming your skin? It sounds bizarre, but it’s very much the truth. Many factors come into play here, mainly in the form of bad chemicals. Naturally, you’re probably a bit afraid that you’re damaging your skin now. Thankfully, there are a few telltale signs that your products are doing more harm than good.

People with excessively oily and greasy skin will often look for products that take care of this problem. They claim to help get rid of your issue, leaving you with skin that’s less greasy and more ‘normal’.
