Human life is a strange old thing, not least when it comes to the biology of becoming parents. While some people manage to conceive from a drunken one night stand, many couples will spend months (or even years) trying for a baby without any luck. If you fall into the second category, it can fill you with frustration and worry in equal measures. But you cannot give up on the dream just yet.

#1. Remove The Pressure

 

When you’ve actively tried to get pregnant without any joy for several months, you will inevitably start to feel the pressure. However, it’s important to remember that the best things in life often take time. As such, you must find a way to remove some of the pressure.

 

Making sex all about the desire to fall pregnant isn’t healthy for either partner. Of course, there’s nothing wrong with respecting the schedules. On the other hand, there’s equally nothing wrong with spicing things up in the bedroom. When sex remains fun, the pressure will be greatly reduced.

 

Even if it doesn’t speed up the process of falling pregnant, it will aid your relationship greatly.

 

#2. Be Healthy

 

There is no denying the direct correlation between good health and the probability of conceiving. While it certainly doesn’t guarantee anything, investing in your health can only boost those chances.  Adding this to the agenda is essential.

 

Healthy eating and regular exercise are both ideas that you can embrace as a couple. It’ll bring you closer together, and will bring direct benefits to your own lives as well as the hopes of adding another to the family.

 

Let’s face it; looking better will only aid your sex life too.

 

#3. Get Medical Support

 

Sometimes, it just takes time to get pregnant. In other cases, though, an additional boost is required to make the magic happen. Thankfully, medical science is more advanced than ever before. Ultimately, that can work wonders for your chances of overcoming those hurdles.

 

Your GP should be able to provide some pointers. However, in vitro fertilization doctors are the best form of support out there. IVF has helped thousands of parents realize their dreams, and it could well be your ticket to parenthood too.

Unfortunately, having children simply isn’t written in the stars for some couples. Hearing that news can be a little soul destroying, but it doesn’t signal the end of your dream to become parents.

 

There are plenty of other options out there. Adoption is an increasingly common option and can be a fantastic way to help a child that needs that love more than most. The biology may say that you’re not blood-related, but that doesn’t make you any less of a family.

Evolution is a funny business. Is Tinder evolving? Are we to evolve past Tinder? The answer to both questions is yes. You might remember the time when you had to open a stinky browser to date online, but then Tinder came along and revolutionized dating on the internet. However, many people are wondering whether the time has come to dethrone Tinder, but the biggest problem is that we’re still waiting for the successor. And whether you’re into dating black women or you prefer Asian, senior and divorced, you must have unknowingly come across a Tinder tourist at least once who ruined it all. And that’s why Tinder tourists have to go. Or do they?

“S/he Just Wanted a Tour Guide with Benefits”

If you live in a big city, you must have come across a tourist using Tinder to score some quick dates with a little tour guide on the side, or vice versa. Tinder was supposed to be used by ‘dateable’ singles to meet and start a romance, not meet, start a romance, and then leave on Sunday night without even saying as much as a goodbye. This is an enormous waste of someone’s time, not to mention hurtful because it makes the other person feel tricked into talking to someone who was just looking for a little action during their travels.

Given that there are loads of people who think Tinder tourism is a great way to meet new cultures, friends and lovers, there is nothing left to do but to declare a tie. Still, it goes without saying that all Tinder tourists should make their ‘identities’ known, such as adding ‘French guy in London’ in their bio to avoid deceiving anyone. Plus, wouldn’t that be a great conversation starter?

What’s also very important is the fact that anyone who’s into Tinder tourism should insist on meeting in a public place. And if you happen to be one of those people who’re looking for a serious relationship, when you find yourself in a conversation with a Tinder tourist, it would be best to just get out of it quickly before anyone’s time gets wasted.

Growing up means learning how to navigate life in the best way possible and becoming a functioning member of society. At the same time, we all strive to achieve the feeling of holding all (or at least) some strings in our hands. However, it is not uncommon that most people didn’t grow into an organized adult, and they never learned the basics, which now affects their professional and private life. If you are one of those with an iron will, but without the skill or knowledge on where to start, read on as we present to you the four fundamentals of implementing order in your life.

Work on your mindset

First and foremost – start by finding a way to change your outlook. If you’re reading this article, chances are that you’ve struggled with organizing your life before and had little to no success. So perhaps the best way of going about it is to start from yourself. Figure out what stops you from keeping a timely schedule, from an organized room, from doing your chores, or prioritizing things in your life. The reasons can be of all sorts: from serious ones, like depression, to more easily manageable ones, like fatigue, or simple laziness. Take the time to dig in and find the root of your problems, as that is 80% of the battle.

To-do list

When you’re just beginning to organize your life, figuring out how to stay on top of everything can take its toll. More than likely, it’ll be tempting to quit under the pressure of remembering what needs to be done and when. At this early stage, you will want to have a to-do list. Buy yourself a planner, or a single pad if you prefer to keep it simple. Write down what needs to be done, then prioritize the chores. Start small by making daily lists, then gradually evolve to weekly and monthly goals. You will rid yourself of a lot of unnecessary stress.

De-clutter

This probably goes without saying, but the most common type of disorder we all struggle with is the one in our homes. Cluttered rooms contribute to the feeling of disorganization and loss in our own everyday life. The only solution to this problem is to sort everything out. Clear your wardrobe of old clothes, attic and basement of old utilities, unused furniture and unfinished projects. Online presence

Oddly enough, time spent online can play a huge factor in the lack of order in your life. What many of us don’t realize is that, while informative and useful, the internet is a wonderful distraction. When we decrease our daily online activities, we find ourselves with a surprising amount of ‘additional’ time for other, perhaps more productive activities. This can be another good way to bring order to your life – eliminate all unnecessary distractions and time-wasting online activities.

Lastly

Take the process easy on yourself. The changes won’t happen over night, but they should be on a steady rise. Get yourself a notepad or a planner, decide on your priorities throughout the day, and clear out all the physical clutter to keep a de-cluttered mind as well. Having a semblance of order in your life is not something you earn once, but a skill used constantly. You simply get better at it, and learn to use your time in a more practical, economical manner.

Everybody wants to look as good as they feel. Either that, or they want to look good so that they can feel good. This is why we put beauty on such a high pedestal, and it is also why cosmetics companies and other businesses within the beauty industry are making a killing. We want beauty products, and we want to believe in them.

We can also go to some pretty extreme lengths to achieve our ideals of beauty. We do this because we are constantly bombarded with images of ‘perfection’ – be it a billboard advertisement or images in our Facebook feed.

Our rampant quest for beauty and perfection can bring up a number of health considerations as well. Believe it or not, but there are more than enough people out there who are willing to risk their health to cut corners and experiment in the hope they find a miracle beauty product. I shouldn’t need to tell you that this is wrong and a recipe for disaster. Mistakes made with beauty could haunt you for the rest of your life, or at the very least require you to rack up a huge cosmetic surgery bill. Our health must always come first, no exceptions.

What do we need to consider if we want to use products to enhance our appearance? Well – in the first instance, we need to think about our allergies. We might not have any, but the instant we slather something onto our face, we can spring up in hives and all sorts! This is because a lot of cosmetics use new manmade ingredients that we have not been exposed to, meaning it can bring up underlying allergies! For creams and anything else – try your best to stick to organic and natural. A lot of the manmade stuff can lead to problems, but it’s cheap – for sure.

Cosmetic surgery and body enhancements can be considered safe – but only if carried out by trained professionals. With something like cosmetic surgery, you absolutely cannot cut corners, even if it does save you thousands. Cosmetic surgery should only ever be a consideration if you take it seriously enough to have multiple consultations with a trained and respected cosmetic surgery professional. If you cut corners, you might be in less trustworthy hands, and this could ruin your beauty – and your health.

When it comes to body enhancements, in particular, you’ll see plenty of DIY options advertised. Avoid at all costs. For every success stories with these, there are thousands of horror stories. What’s more, an unsuccessful body enhancement can be fatal – especially DIY implants which can be infected – or might explode within the body. Don’t do anything like this yourself, at all – always speak to a recommended professional.

In fact, with most changes to your beauty regime, you need to think clearly about what you are doing. If something shouldn’t be in your body or on your face, it shouldn’t be in your body or on your face. Take your health before your image, because that’s going to last longer anyway!
