Breakouts

A lot of people suffer from breakouts all the time, but if yours appear on an irregular basis, there is a good chance it is a sign of something else. When you are anxious or feeling stressed, the body unleashes a whole bunch of cortisol – known as the stress hormone. In turn, this can cause havoc in your body, and it goes into overdrive with all kinds of things – including producing breakouts.
