Quickies: Upset Stomach.
When your stomach is hurting, it could be accompanied with heart burn, and other painful ailments.
A quick tip to settle the tummy quickly is a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. It has quick response time to calm the stomach.
And, if you still feel a dull pain after an hour, take one more tablespoon. ( you don’t want to take too much at once, because it will have the opposite reaction) Drink water after taking the vinegar. I personally, think the taste is the worst, only the very first time you take it, after you’ve done it once, the taste can be bearable. And the benefits out way the taste.
