Tips on Triggers: Thyroid Balance thyroid pressure
The thyroid is more of a problem then people realize; usually most don’t recognize an issue until it’s a full blown problem.
Some have people have over-active, Hyperthyroidism and some have under-active thyroids called Hypothyroidism. This can lead to many problems which is usually first seen by one’s weight or eyes.

There is actually a trigger point that you can use everyday, to keep the thyroid in balance.

Use your thumb and pointer finger to massage the are while taking deep breaths.

Doing this daily, will give you a sense of calm while keeping the balance of the thyroid.
