Having Back Spasms, It’s All in Your Leg. Tips on Triggers:

Depending on exactly where your back spams are happening, you can find much relief by using pressure points in the calf of your leg.

Place your hand flat on the leg with the middle finger at the outside of ankle. Feel where the top of your palm lands on the calf. That’s the approximate area of where to apply pressure.

Using a fair amount of force, massage the area well. Be sure to drink plenty of fluids after the massaging. many toxins release during deep pressure massages.

This should have a nice helping effect on relieving some of those painful back spasms.
